MDR submission, EU MDR, TD approval & EC Certification, FDA - Class I to Class II), insurance 5-Star, agriculture/food, aerospace, pharmaceutical, retail, industrial/consumer products (SPC Data collection units), government, aerospace, biotechnology, semiconductor, and transportation. Also during this time, he has had the opportunity of acquiring hands-on expertise while holding various operational positions across an enterprise (i.e., Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Mgmt., Quality, IT, Global Data Networking Centers, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Project, Program and Portfolio Mgmt. and Application Portfolio Mgmt.). As a result from each employment engagement, Charles has acquired experience within both large and small companies undergoing rapid change, and developed a strong aptitude for implementing and integrating innovative solutions while overseeing large-scale enterprise-wide Project, Program, and Portfolio engagements; thus ensuring organizational strategic initiatives are met. All of which provide him with a solid career foundation and transferable skills to work within most any industry and area of an organization.
His leadership ability and solid domain experience also include having been a founder and president of his own company, building departments, and entire companies from scratch and turning others around.
