Also during this time, he has had the opportunity of acquiring hands-on expertise while holding various operational positions across an enterprise (i.e., Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Mgmt., Quality, IT, Global Data Networking Centers, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Project, Program and Portfolio Mgmt. and Application Portfolio Mgmt.). As a result from each employment engagement, Charles has acquired experience within both large and small companies undergoing rapid change, and developed a strong aptitude for implementing and integrating innovative solutions while overseeing large-scale enterprise-wide Project, Program, and Portfolio engagements; thus ensuring organizational strategic initiatives are met.
